Loved the building & style of the hotel. Standard Double Bedroom was spacious with lovely bathroom, comfy & warm on the ground floor so easy access. (Though very dark & shady sitting out area for summer). Staff were very welcoming & friendly (albeit limited English). Limited views over the river back to Portugal. Easy access on way into Tuy. Bar/cafeteria was open on arrival with friendly service. Interesting but limited menu in restaurant probably because it was winter & not very busy. Would visit again if in area.

The expresso coffee is the best ivevevet tasted in Spain in over 20 years. Breakfast is convenient but limited in selection. The dining room is not large so breakfast is split into early and later sittings. If you’re an early riser and wish to make an early get away it’s best to book an early breakfast in advance.

What a magnificent stay we had, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The room was so large, clean and quiet. The bed so comfortable. Shower hot with great pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The cafe lunches and restaurant meal were delicious and the service from Helena was outstanding. Her knowledge of the menu and wines was so helpful in choosing our meals. Thank you so much.

Although we arrived early, they expedited the cleaning of the room and came to notify us in the lobby as soon as it was available. The room was enormous and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

The breakfast and staff could not be better! The food was fresh and delicious, almost anything you might think of was offered...even churros! We so enjoyed our visit to this extraordinary Parador. Many thanks to your staff as well, maid, servers, receptionists , everyone...a visit to always remember.
